What if We Already Agree on Some Issues

Thats great!  We first take the issues you have already agreed on as the foundation of your final written agreement.  The more you agree on upfront the less overall time the mediation will take.  Even if you come in agreeing on all issues your mediator can help organize those agreements and insure your final agreement is drafted properly.
